3. Digital Information Products
We offer digital guides and resources designed to help elders understand legal processes. These products are available for download immediately after purchase.
4. Goods
Physical materials, such as printed booklets and forms, are provided to clients upon request.
5. Fee and Billing
All fees are outlined at the time of purchase. Our billing process uses secure methods. You agree to pay any applicable fees prior to receiving services or products.
6. Refund Policy
Our refund policy varies by category:
6.1 Services
- If you cancel a scheduled service at least 48 hours before the appointment, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Processing typically takes up to 14 days.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment are eligible for a credit toward future services, valid for six months.
- Customized legal representation services require a non-refundable engagement fee due to the preparatory work involved.
6.2 Digital Information Products
- Digital guides are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the immediate access, these products are not eligible for a refund once downloaded.
6.3 Goods
- If a physical item is defective or does not match the description, you may send it back within 30 days for a replacement or a refund. We cover shipping if the fault is ours. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the sent item.
7. Appointment Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule services up to 48 hours before the original appointment. Rescheduling requests made later may incur a fee equivalent to 25% of the original service fee.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuraLexis is not liable for indirect losses arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the affected service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bern, Switzerland.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website with the effective date.
